VEGA-P2 magnetic field recorders are designed to identify attempts to magnetize industrial gas meters to distort their readings.

The recorder responds to a magnetic field of more than 100 Mt, captures in real time and writes to the archive:

• date, time of the beginning and end of the magnet;
• unauthorized interference with the registrar (for example, violation of the integrity of the design of the registrar).

Information from the registrar is read to a laptop computer through the connector.
